Future of Food Summit

Shaping the next era of global food security with collaboration, technology and data.

Global food Security

On 10th February the Future of Food Summit 2026 in London brings together more than 500 leaders across the global food system to confront one of the most urgent challenges of our time: delivering food security for people, planet and prosperity. With over 80 speakers and 30 sessions spanning climate resilience, supply-chain transformation, and the role of innovation in sustainable agriculture, this is a critical opportunity to collaborate around a shared truth: the future of food will be built on better data, smarter land management, and cross-sector collaboration.

A System Under Pressure

More than 673 million people worldwide face food insecurity, driven by climate volatility, economic shocks, and geopolitical instability. The food system is now a tightly interdependent network of: producers, processors, logistics providers, retailers and consumers. As organisations seek to quantify soil health, carbon dynamics, water availability and biodiversity at scale, the need for scientifically robust monitoring, to build more sustainable land management practices is essential.

Our Downforce Product

Peter Moss, Chief Executive Officer, will be attending and sharing insights on our approach for delivering Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) data that is accurate, scalable and affordable. We’re working with farmers, landowners and supply chain companies to achieve more sustainable and resilient agriculture by:

  • Monitoring how SOC levels are changing across the farm every year from 2017 to the present day
  • Understanding the impact of management on soil (e.g. rotation, tillage), with insights on soil carbon fluctuations across space and through time
  • Providing audit-ready data, delivered with the highest levels of accuracy and aligned with leading global standards

Let’s Connect

To explore innovations in agricultural technology, net emissions reduction strategies and soil health optimisation, Peter would love to connect with you. Together, we are accelerating sustainable land management and driving farm profitability and resilient agricultural systems.

Connect with Peter to learn more, or schedule a conversation in advance.

“This is incredibly exciting and potentially a game changer. If we can combine this technology with what we are discovering with our farmers through our soil health initiative we will be able to tailor our land use plans, monitor our progress, and deliver on our pathway to net zero.”
Matthew Morris, Land Steward for the Duchy of Cornwall
