Oxford Real Farming Conference
Driving real systems transformation at the intersection of food and farming.
Food Systems Transformation
Between 8th - 9th January, the Oxford Real Farming Conference (ORFC) brings the real food and farming movement together to share progressive ideas. Attracting farmers, growers, activists, policymakers and researchers from around the world, the conference will focus on key themes including: agroecology, regenerative agriculture, organic farming and indigenous food and farming systems. Uniquely, the programme delves deep into farming practices and techniques as well as addressing the bigger questions for systems transformation.
A Community Moving Forward
As the challenges facing agriculture grow more complex, ORFC continues to be a vital space for imagining—and building—a more resilient, regenerative future. Beth Dooley, Head of Partnerships at Downforce Technologies, will be attending the conference, sharing insights on how our product provides accurate, field‑level insights into Soil Organic Carbon (SOC), vegetation dynamics, and land‑use change. Soil health data is vital for collaboratively meeting sustainability goals and driving food and farming systems transformation.
Our Downforce Product
By building on traditional soil measurement methods, we are delivering Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) data that is accurate, scalable and affordable. We’re helping farmers, landowners and supply chain companies to achieve more sustainable and resilient agriculture by:
- Demonstrating the outcomes of regenerative agriculture on soil health through verified SOC measurements
- Identifying high-impact interventions that can drive farmer profitability and improve supply chain resilience
- Providing scaled GHG removals data for Scope 3 reporting at a fraction of traditional costs
Let’s Connect
To explore innovations in agricultural technology, net emissions reduction strategies and soil health optimisation, Beth would love to connect with you. Together, we are accelerating the global transition towards sustainable land management!
